To Friends & Family Grieving with Us...

Dear Family and Friends,  It's now 10 weeks since Danny died. We have good moments and bad moments that come and go in waves. We are ok. We are not ok. Some days are ok, some are not. We are trying to focus on what's in front of us. We are getting through each day with the help of each other. We are eating, walking, paying bills and doing all the other things needed to find a balance in the new normal of our lives. We are ok. We are not ok. Many people feel awkward not knowing what to do around us, how to act. It has been a strange trajectory for family and friends who offer what they are able to offer. It is a new learning curve for us all. There is no wrong way. Thank you to all who have tried your best to reach out to us. I know it's not easy.  The Arlington National Cemetery date is 7 weeks away (July 6th). You'll still be responsible for you own bill but a discounted rate will apply. The cut-off for the rate is June 5th. After that, prevailing rates will apply.  If you've already booked, we'll move you to the list.  We will let you know of the reception to follow in the area.
